Need to reschedule a pickup to a different time or day? Re-schedule a pickup for your ground, air, and international shipments with EPISHIP and we’ll come to you at the specified time! Submit the Schedule a pickup form (below) and include the already scheduled pickup request id within the Special Instructions field, where available.
Step 1: Select Account
Specify the shipping account from which to schedule the pickup for a list of drop down items.
Step 2: Pickup address
Select the pickup address form an existing address within Address Book, or specify a new pickup address. Verify the Phone number is valid on the pickup to ensure that the driver can contact you at the time of the pickup.
Step 3: Scheduling Details
Include the Pickup date and available ready time and close time of the pickup window.
Step 4: Pickup Details
Specify the service code as type of pickup related ot the shipment, container code as a package, letter or pallet, the number or quantity of each. Speicfy the destination country for the shipment. Include the optional fields of Room or Suite number, the floor and any special instructions, where applicable. Also, specify the Destination information for the shipment including Recipient Name, Address, City, State or Provence, country and email address.
