How to measure a package
Find Length, Width and Height
The longest side of your package is the length.
Round Up
Round to the nearest whole number when taking your measurements. For example, 1 to 1.49 will be considered 1, and 2.5 to 2.99 is considered 3.
Keep Measurements Ready
You will need to input the measurements when you create your shipment.
Helful tips
Label placement: Place the label on the top of the package, away from seams, edges, closures, and sealing tape. Make sure the label is flat and smooth, and that it’s fully visible.
Use packaging that does not bulge and is strong enough to protect the contents of the shipment.
Accurately measure the size and weight of your package so you can avoid unexpected fees.
