Transportation charges are billed according to the Service Guide inclusive of all discounts and incentives. Adjustments and processing fees may apply.
The additional services and surcharges subject to shipments are billed according to the Service Guide.
Fuel surcharge is an index-based surcharge that is adjusted on the Monday of each week, based on the weekly published spot prices for fuel published by the U.S. Energy Administration, and applied as a percentage of total of net transportation-related charges billed to a shipment.
Customs duty, taxes and any related charges billed are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
