The intent of this article is to guide a user in the redemption of a Ship Card.
Send ship card to customer as an admin
Admin, Manager and other users have the ability to send a Ship Card by email. This includes both a digital and a physical Ship Card. The set of instructions below is related to Fig 1. above.
- Log in to the Admin dashboard
- Go to Ship Cards left sidebar menu item
- Search for target Ship Card
- Navigate to the row targeted
- Tap the three horizontal bar icon on the right
- Enter the email address of the customer (or targeted user)
Next step: User receives the email message, and follows the steps below
Redeem digital Ship Card as a user
This section is specific to a digital or a physical Ship Card that was sent to User by admin (through directions above) or through some other method. The set of instructions below is related to Fig 2. and Fig 3. above.
- Look for an email related to the Ship Card
- Copy the verification code on this page
- Tap the link within the email
- Proceed with creation of shipment
- Enter verification code
Redeem physical Ship Card as a user
A physical Ship Card is plastic which contains all relevant necessary to redeem a Ship Card. Like the email described above, a physical Ship Card contains a link and verification code.
