Add a printer

In order to print shipping labels in EPISHIP, you need to configure a printer first.

Windows

  1. Connect the printer via USB to your Windows machine.
  2. Download the appropriate printer driver (may not be required).
  3. Add the printer to your Devices and Printers Control Panel.
  4. Configure the printer preferences. 

MacOS

  1. Connect the printer via USB to your Mac machine.
  2. Download the appropriate printer driver (may not be required).
  3. Add the printer to your Printers & Scanners System Preferences.
  4. Configure the printer preferences in the Common Unix Printing System (CUPS).
