How to create a shipment

The intent of this article is to demonstrate how to create a new shipment. First, log in to your shipper account. Once within, tap Create a Shipment on the left sidebar.

Enter rating info

  1. Enter the Origin and Destination address. If the address cannot be found. Tap the + button to add a new address to the Address Book.
  2. Select package type, dimension unit, and weight unit.
  3. Input package details. The quantity of packages, declared value, dimensions of the package, and if a signature is required upon delivery are required fields.
  4. Input item details. The Item card allows you to input your product SKU number, description, UPC code, and HS code in order to manage and organize your shipments.
  5. Tap Continue.

Book Shipment

  1. Confirm sender and receiver address is correct.
  2. Input reference numbers if neccesary.
  3. Select from a list of additional options including:
    • Cash on Delivery
    • Saturday Delivery
    • Print Return Label
    • Drop-off type
    • Label File Type
    • Label Stock Type
  4. Tap Book Shipment

Print Label

Follow the directions on the screen to print your generated shipping label and get your shipment on the move.
