No Weekly Premium in any statement period in which you	Quality for a Plan Discount OR Maintain a credit balance at least twice tde average beginning day credit balance minimum or more in tdis account each day of tde statement period
EPISHIP Plan Discounts	EPISHIP Plan Discounts are available on EPISHIP Accounts for current service members, veterans, senior age 55 up, state and local first responders. Weekly Premium / Maintenance Fee Waiver: waived witd a valid military ID or equivalent proof of qualification.
Otherwise a Weekly Premium will apply	or a different amount specific to a given Profile.
Transaction fees per inbound transaction	$0 on Electronic deposit, wire transfers and ACH 2.9% + $0.30 on credit card or debit card $0.24 on Check Paid/Debits $2.00 on Check Paid/Debits $0.25 on Manual Credit

No Deposit Process Fee	$0 For any amount above $0 (See Overdraft service schedule for additional fees)
Other	Certain service including, but no limited to, Pickups, Drop-offs, Clearances, are subject to additional fees. EPISHIP reserves tde right to convert an account to accommodate such management services tdat may result in increased fess.

Rate Plan ¹ :: Rate plan is the shipping profile available to a qualified User. Rate plan is subject to change at any time based on multiple factors, including but not limited to changes in customer Credit Balance, non-payment, changes in revenue, cash and other financial and non-financial conditions and factors.
Credit balance ² :: Credit balance is the amount of available funds required to ship on this rate plan without incurring the Deficit Premium.
Deficit premium ³ :: Deficit Premium is the weekly assessment on an account that is below the Minimum Credit Balance.
Package type ⁴ :: Package type is a property of the rate available within the Rate Plan.
Dropoffs ⁵ :: Dropoff is the scan event for a shipment.
Pickups ⁶ :: Pickup is the scan event for a shipment.
Dim divisor ⁷ :: The property of Rate Plan that controls the evaluation of dimensional weight. to change at any time base on multiple factors, including but not limited to changes in customer Credit Balance, non-payment of Deficit Premium, changes in revneue, cash and other financial and non-financial conditions and factors.
Fuel surcharge ⁸ :: Fuel surcharge is an index-based surcharge that is adjusted on the Monday of each week, based on the weekly published spot prices for fuel published by the U.S. Energy Administration, and applied as a percentage of total of net transportation-related charges billed to a shipment.
Surcharges ⁹ :: Surcharges apply as add-on charges and value-add services. Check the service guide for a complete list of the surcharges and details on each.
Insurance ¹⁰ :: Insurance is paid coverage for the amount an item is insured, or any applicable amount per local operating conditions. Payouts are for an amount the lesser of the insured amount, repair, or item replacement. Additional terms and conditions may include a Third Party, wherein you represent, warrant and covenant that all Personal Information provided or otherwise made available is done so in compliance with applicable law, and in conjunction to appropriate notices and opt-outs or otherwise.
