My package was lost

My package is lost. What should I do? First, log in to your account, then tap the shipments card on the left sidebar. Navigate to the search field and enter the tracking number of the shipment that requires attention. Once you are in the shipment detail view for the specific tracking number, tap the dropdown menu. Select Lost Package from the list of options available. Within the Lost Package menu, select from a list of options for next steps. For more information, refer to the help center.
