Driver has not picked up my package

A driver has not picked up my package at the scheduled time. What should I do? First, log in to your account, then tap the shipments card on the left side bar. Navigate to the search field and enter the tracking number of the shipment that requires attention. Once you are in the shipment detail view for the specific tracking number, tap the dropdown menu. Select schedule a pickup from a list of options available. Within the schedule a pickup menu, select the date and time for which you’d like a driver to pick up your package.
