Why was my package returned?
- The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
- The package information didn’t match what was entered on the label.
- The recipient declined the package.
- The mail carrier had trouble accessing the address (closed business, locked gate, etc.), or the recipient was not known to live at the address given on the label.
